This SMS & Messaging Policy describes the text message communications you may receive from Movie Minder, a product of 3XM Technologies, Inc., and your rights regarding those messages. This policy complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles, and carrier requirements for Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging.

1. Program Description
Movie Minder sends text messages on behalf of theater chains to help moviegoers stay informed about upcoming releases, ticket availability, showtimes, promotional offers, and exclusive deals. Messages may include:
- Movie release date reminders
- Ticket drop and pre-sale alerts
- Promotional offers, discount codes, and VIP access notifications
- Showtime reminders for purchased tickets
- Loyalty program updates and rewards
- Transactional confirmations (ticket purchases, account updates)
2. Consent & Opt-In
You will only receive SMS messages from Movie Minder if you have expressly opted in. Consent is obtained when you:
- Enter your mobile phone number in the Movie Minder reminder form and tap "Submit."
- Text a keyword (e.g., JOIN, MOVIES) to our designated short code or phone number.
- Provide your phone number and consent through a theater chain partner's opt-in form.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided, and you consent to receive automated text messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your preferences, the number of movies you've set reminders for, and promotional activity. Typical frequency is 1–8 messages per month. During peak release periods or special promotions, you may receive additional messages.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent and received. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan. 3XM Technologies is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by any of the following methods:
- Reply STOP to any text message you receive from Movie Minder.
- Email support@3xmtechnologies.com with your phone number and a request to be removed.
- Call (949) 806-6951 during business hours.
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. To re-subscribe, you may opt in again at any time.

Movie Minder messaging is compatible with all major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their affiliated MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
